East Side Balance offers Pilates training for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Below is a selection of our offerings.
Pilates (all levels)
During these Pilates sessions, the instructor guides you through your own individual Pilates program. By taking you through the various exercises on an individual level, we ensure you receive the focused attention you need.
* For best results it's recommend you practice Pilates 2 to 3 times a week.
Sessions are based on the number of Mat or Equipment elements successfully completed.
SINGLE SESSION $75.
8 Session Package *One visit may constitute multiple sessions completed.
$400 : 8 sessions*
: duos $375 per person: 8 sessions*
duos (client is responsible to bring friend and work out together)
student : $275 : 8 sessions*
(high school, college and graduate students presently in school full time!)
$375 : 8 sessions * (Senior rate 67 years and older)
(ALL PREPAID PACKAGES MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THIRTY ONE DAYS)
Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for a healthy pregnancy, helping to maintain strength and flexibility and more.
Please wear APPROPRIATE ATHLETIC ATTIRE to attend our workouts! NO SHORTS!
Yoga or Pilates attire and classic style shirts.
Pilates movements can be large and sweeping !
