East Side Balance offers the high quality training for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Below is a selection of our offerings.
Pilates (all levels)
During these one hour sessions, the instructor guides you through your own individual Pilates program. By taking you through the various exercises on an individual level, we ensure you receive the focused attention you need
* For best results it's recommend you practice Pilates 2 to 3 times a week.
- Single Session
- 60 minutes: $60
- Pilates with Vigorous Fitness Conditioning with Gary
- Pilates with Dance Movements with Linda
- Individual Evaluation : One hour $100
- Before starting a package you will have an assessment to go over personal goals!
- 10 Session Package
- 30 minutes: $300. package of 10 sessions
- 60 minutes: $450. package of 10 sessions
- 60 minutes: duos $350. per person package of 10 sessions
- duos (client is responsible to bring friend and work out together)
- 60 minutes student session $250
- (high school, college and graduate students presently in school full time!)
- 60 minutes session for seniors $350 per person (Senior rate 65 years and older)
Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for a healthy pregnancy, helping to maintain strength and flexibility and more.
Please wear APPROPRIATE ATHLETIC ATTIRE to attend our workouts!
Yoga or Pilates attire and classic style shirts.
Pilates movements can be large and sweeping !
